THE NEW AMERICA

The necessity of builing a new political order becomes increasingly more apparent daily-- The abject lack of accountability permeates the political culture-- Incumbency demands a bribery fictionalized as contributions to a pac or campaign committee to insure its own continued existence in authority-- The amount of dignity integrity and personal honor the incumbent must relinquish or dis-invest from such enterprise by piling up so large a trove of re-elective treasure requires a person to excel above all else in fundraising and to devote disproportionally more time again above all else to the same beast--fundraising!!-- Lament not the disappearance of true statesmen and legislators this corrupt system demands their retreat-- The compulsive dictates of careerism coupled with real time constraints virtually coerce even otherwise (benefit of the doubt) well-intentioned candidate/incumbents into allowing the special-interest/lobbyist/bribesters to actually pen the legislation for them-- Clearly this became the case with the fairly recent Energy legislation-- Most members of congress, in another example, voted for the Patriot Act without even reading it--They had other priorities!!!--A victorious/incumbent administration indebted to campaign contributors allows the donating industry to chose their own regulatory captains from a its own list of potential applicants-- Participants rarely question whether personal honor or integrity is even applicable-- This is the way it has always been done and what can one person do anyway-- Don"t follow the money" and reform their children's future but grab the money and run--To the victors go the spoils but without self-imposed campaign finance/media reform the whole system becomes so tainted so rotten so rife with fraud that major disorders up to and including COLLAPSE become insistently inevitable--
The inescapability of such potential disorder must never be acknowledged much less contemplated by the vast majority of the players in government/media-- To acquiesce to such pessimism violates our government's (yes, even the fictional 'opposed to big gubmint' republicans) standard 'can-do' ethos-- Such incessantly unquestioning faith is never more evident than in the unmitigated naivete of the pro-Iraq War dual-party in power with its craven media collaborators who ascertained somewhere along the way to perdition (somehow oblivious to their own illogical hubris) that the mere formation of a new governmental entity will prompt ordained success and so even compel all warring sects tribes criminal gangs and factions now running amok in the lethally and searingly evident chaos of what was once called Iraq to immediately cease their deathly struggle, drop their technologically-sharpened weapons, their centuries old hatreds immersed as well in the fanatically religious vows of horrorific vengeance and submit their futures to the direction of a bunch of money-grubbing politicians just as dollar-tainted and as false-hearted as they are-- That governments no matter how they are elected gain an automatic legitimacy obvious to all is an article of faith intellectually fraudulent but unknowingly extreme and widespread and so naively bandied about the corridors of authority in D.C. and in the mahogany-foxholed political media so as to prevent contemplation of the failure of this enterprise and the consequential disorders military political financial and moral attendant to such failure for fear it would thus render incumbancy less secure if not radically empty of meaning--The main job the Media performs (aside from pocketing those campaign contributions conducted most easily through incumbent candidates ) is to prop up the semi-plausible illusion with state of the art graphics and editorial self-censorship--So goes onward the repetitive denial that this sectarian mayhem IS civil war--There may indeed be light at the end of the tunnel--The burning light of a fire they fear they cannot even begin to face in the coming times-- The United States Government will be the last to know its Iraq is a mirage--
FEAR IS THE ONLY DARKNESS-- Preparation for such disorder and collapse predicates a New Order--a new party-- Danger and great difficulty describes the work this entails-- Out of this danger will come the New America --Out of this holy work will come the New America--From our devoted leadership the New America will rise--We await you--

INDEPENDENCE

The spirit of our Declaration of Independence no longer seems to apply--Quagmired in Iraq and dependent on foreign buyers of our treasury bonds to finance the ongoing operation there as well as other current governmental business our leaders continue to indenture their own people and their children's future-- Acting out a delusional fantasy that if we diminish our income (tax cuts) and increase our expenditures we will be able to call the shots here at home and around the world-- The Project for a New American Century has come off the tracks and we have railroaded ourselves into a corner-- Our own government now appears enslaved to foreign capital and the tyranny of easily accessed credit has had the same effect on American Working people-- While the credit companies so seductively offered to rob them of their liberty millions of Americans exploited by the deceit of usury like some gullible third world backwater willingly but blindly sought their own chains of servitude-- Now with debts galore and diminishing income implicit behind the devaluing dollar and rising gasoline prices not to mention outright loss of a job means to a positive end will more than likely not be met-- Having dissipated their hard earned home equity with a consumptive frenzy in exchange for cheap chinese goods the day of reckoning could leave them broke and homeless and consequently very angry-- Foreclosures and new bankruptcy filings have ratcheted wildly upward --Buy now! PAY LATER!!-- Later is almost here and the feast of consequences awaits--
The price of oil continues to wreak havoc with the economy-- The something for nothing dreams in the stock market are beginning to dissolve--The value of the market regardless of what the index posts is actually down against the price of gold-- Searching for safe havens petrodollars across the globe seek hard assets--No one wants to get caught holding worthless/devalued paper currencies-- The anxiety level worldwide induces mass sleeplessness-- Confidence in our government deservedly recedes-- Energy sources are no longer stable anywhere and the insecurity dampens rational exuberance everywhere-- Road rage rises in the wastelands of the punctured housing bubble as speculators desert the flip-craze in droves-- While new housing sales rose last month the statistics fail to say how many houses sold at auction or zero-down/interest-only/a.r.m trickery-- Interest rates have to climb in a vain attempt to make U.S T-bonds attractive to our leash-holders as well as to ward off some oil-price-induced hyperinflation-- The men who fought and died for our independence might find the craven belittlement of our freedom dishonorably just desserts for a people who took their liberty for granted and self indulgently ceased the predicates of vigilance-- Failure to see just how wide deep and ugly the current corruption runs could be fatal to our ship of state (especially if all that congressional devotion to duty achieves is a self-absorbed short-sighted tail covering). The forgotten moral of the often told Boy-Cries-Wolf tale is: When the town stops believing the wolf is out there--The Wolf Attacks-- Without disputing the obvious difficulty we must find a way to REGAIN CONTROL OF OUR FINANCES to have any chance of regaining our independence--

COMING ARE THE TIMES

The United States of America is in Big Trouble--As bad turns to worse and worse becomes horrible our tattered foreign policy not withstanding a new prime-minister falters amidst the dust and undeniable sectarian mayhem that continues to defy our intentions and expectations in Iraq-- American access to essential energy is no longer stable anywhere-- The once proud dollar is diminished by the gargantuan indulgence of debt and monstrous trade deficits and the sustained relentless upward charge of oil prices-- A lack of discipline pervades our culture and most of our society lives in acute denial that an economic trainwreck leading to an abject collapse of the current political and economic order is even within the realm of possibility-- Our future economic way of life is in more than serious danger regardless of official governmental numbers and the current cowardice of the political echelon in Washington D.C. both democrat and republican is extremely loathe to admit it-- Too busy grasping for the treasure needed to perpetuate their own incumbency they seek cover and refuge in the sloganeering falsity behind the tripe of poll-driven campaign posturing-- The present administration is losing battles its limpwit opposition (incoherence as political achievement) finds itself too spineless to muster contest--The November 2006 elections are half a year away and if the current corrupt order is still standing, its incumbency must be challenged-- Nature may indeed abhor the proverbial vacuum but it seems to be taking its own sweet time in filling this one-- Wake up!!--America needs a new party--

In contemporary parlance Tom Paine would probably declare 'These are the times that will rock men's souls'--Almost daily the upward thrust of metals' prices into record territory barometers the anxiety of those fleeing the status quo-- The gloom surrounding the housing issue coupled with the surging cost of gasoline has frightened many homeowners-- The once rare but grim prospect of foreclosure is a fear many in the middle class now are being forced to face-- Hard history is on the way and the forlorn gravity of incessant whining will not help--Pacifism that dishonors our manhood will not gain us mastery of our coming fate-- Succumbing to the mindless celebrity pablum the Nightly news infotains to stanch viewer defections hastens our decay further-- Wake up-- The shock and awe of our domestic storm is on the way and your hearts must find their courage-- Extreme consumerism only distracts us from the serious work ahead-- Your country needs you-- Find like minded men and women to form networking alliances -- Challenge the incumbent corruption at every level-- Challenge their collaborators in the media mainstream and beyond-- What has been fashioned into a state of disrepair by man's hand can and must by man's hand be redeemed-- The strenuous difficulty of such work must never be understated and will require heroic effort-- Come to the aid of a new American party--After all it is only your future-- Heed the Call--
While the mid-term elections will not save the current order nor will they solve the financial disorder the energy shortfalls or the foreign debacle in the middle-east, voters and patriots everywhere at all political levels must demand accountability from all incumbents on both sides of the aisle-- Globalism has sold out the American middle and working class-- International finance and the fiscal irresponsibility of the feckless U.S. Congress continues to eat our children's seedcorn--Petitions will not save us short term nor will more Chinese trinkets-- Both automakers Ford and GM the heart and soul if not the real backbone of our once envied industrial system find themselves at the threshold of failure/bankruptcy-- How could this have happened?-- The dispiriting fiasco of the multi-level governmental response to Katrina before and after suggests more than one of our national leaders is asleep at the wheel-- Both parties have demonstrated acute incompetence and thus should forfeit their right to lead-- Make those candidates address the real issues in real no-nonsense terms-- Make them take a defensible position on Iraq not just soundbite spin-- Make them defend the reasons millions of Americans have no health insurance-- Make them explain why suddenly so many citizens find gasoline prices effectively spilling out the serious financial hardship that leads to bankruptcy and foreclosure-- Make them demonstrate a basic working knowledge about the real oil situation in the world--Make them explain why we continue to lose so many jobs to outsourcing-- Make them see that you are serious-- Hold their feet to the fire-- They have earned their day of reckoning--
